Studio Code of Conduct, Dresscode & Tuition
Welcome
Premier Dance Academy is committed to providing safe, exciting, and educational classes for each of our dancers in a disciplined but fun environment. In order to provide a safe and uplifting environment for all students, we ask that families follow the studio’s code of conduct. It takes everyone’s help to create a positive dance experience. Thank you in advance for working together and modeling exemplary behavior.
Our Students:

Have fun!

Be on time.

Follow the studio dress code.

Minimize talking in class.

Notify your instructor immediately if you are injured or ill.

Do not wear dance shoes out of the studio.

Maintain a positive attitude.

No foul language.
-
No sitting down during class (this is harmful to the body).

Always give 100% of your effort and heart.

Water bottles are allowed in class with water only.

Our Parents:

Have a great time watching your children grow and learn.

Drop off and pick up dancer(s) on time. The studio is NOT responsible for children outside of the dance classroom.

Your children and their conduct is your responsibility. If you bring additional children to wait while class is in session, bring something for them to sit and do quietly.

Trust the professional advice/assessment/opinion of The Premier Dance Academy staff.
Studio Dress Code
Preschool, Ages 3-4 & 4-5 Classes

Female dancers should wear any color leotard with tan tights. They may wear ballet skirts or booty shorts over top of their leotard.

White ballet shoes will be used for the recital, but are permitted to wear any color shoes for class.

Male dancers should wear comfortable clothing to be able to move in. Black ballet shoes will be used for the recital, but are permitted to wear any color shoes to class.

Level 1 - 3 Classes

Female dancers should wear a black leotard with tan tights. They may wear ballet skirts or booty shorts over top of their leotard.

Male dancers should wear comfortable clothing to be able to move in.

The last week of the month dancers may wear any color leotard they would like.

Correct shoes must be worn for each class. Any shoe color is permitted for class, but specific shoe color will be determined for the recital.

All dancers should have their hair pulled back and away from their faces.
Hip-Hop Classes

Comfortable clothes for dancers to be able to move in.

Tennis shoes (Please do not wear shoes that have been worn outside, these will damage the floors in the studio)
Billing & Fees
Tuition
-
Tuition is posted on the 1st of each month and is due by the 15th, except for September and June.

Auto-pay will be run on the 1st of each month for families enrolled. ​

Tuition paid after the 15th will be charged a $10 late fee.

If your account has a tuition balance from the previous month and incurs a second late fee, your dancer may not return to class until your balance is paid in full.

Dancers wishing to drop their classes may do so at any time. Dance families must notify info@premier-dance.com by the 1st of the next month to avoid being charged tuition. Once posted families are responsible for the entire month.

Rates are subject to change at any time. Full tuition is due every month regardless of the number of weeks in a month (i.e. holidays, cancellations, or absences.)

No refunds will be issued for absences.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Costumes
-
All costume fees must be paid in full by the due date. If costumes are not paid by the due date, a 10% late fee will be assessed to your account.

Costumes will not be handed out until paid in full. ​

Dance families who do not notify us that their dancer will not be in the rectial prior to ordering costumes will be charged for a costume.

All costumes are non-refundable.
Merchandise
-
No refunds will be issued for Premier Merchandise. Please ensure correct sizing and customization when purchasing merchandise.
